I'm not sure what you are asking but my guess is that you are saying that you are getting notifications on your phone telling you that you have received a reply to one of your posts or a PM. I assume you get a sound and a small notification at the top of the screen.
There is a setting in the phone app for that called "Enable push notifications"
On your laptop you can get pop-up notifications. To enable that feature go to Settings/My Site Options. Scroll down to "Show popup message notification" and set that to TRUE.
