Maybe, but there is more to consider

Technicalities, area's in which require more time / attention for purpose.

External painters, one might scrape slap caulk in the large area's and paint.

Another might power wash, scrape, sand, scrape corners, prime +1 shade the final color, caulk, first coat, second coat, and I'm certain many would do more.

Depending on how the business is being built.
