You hit the nail on the head and this is what I've been saying all along.

It's obvious that there isn't a strategy behind increasing share price based on their behavior of news.

I disagree with those that say news released thus far has had substance.

News is supposed to take you up to new levels. When news has been released with SoOum we go up a couple ticks, back down and then rinse + repeat.

We've never actually made any type of movement up and stayed there. What we've seen as a result is a new group of investors for limited amounts of time. Except for the longs confidence in this has decreased IMO.

I've said this a while ago. Unless they put out news that states #s and huge deals we are in the same cycle. Especially when it's 2-3 months between any news.

I can honestly say even with all of the positive speculation, that management's #1 goal is not to increase shareholder value. It's as if they went public for their own good excluding the shareholders.

Don't mistake the things I've said to mean I don't like this stock. However, time is ticking and it definitely is shit or get off the pot.
