Genlemen, there might have been a billion shares or "more" distributed by Imperia to raise the needed cash. When these groups buy up huge blocks of shares they usually pay "very little" for them. Therefore, if they had one billion, or, even one and a half billion, there's absolutely no way for this stock to have a sustained runup until "all" these cheaply bought shares are sold out!!!! Good press releases help, because they draw interest to the stock, which results in bigger volume, and allows these shares to be eaten up. When this selling is finally done, and it will end, everything does, this stock could move into the pennies range even on "lower volume". The million dollar question now is, "just how many of these "loose" shares are still out there????? Forget flipping, or selling short, in my opinion this big block of shares is holding us back, and even helped drive our stock price down lately. Regards, Florida
