Firstly I'm NOT a CPA... But here's the main points I see
(and mostly consolidated from other NDOL investor comments):

It's an UNAUDITED quarterly & not the 8K filing that NDOL investor are waiting for:

EBIT of 247,046 compared to a loss of (137,297) for the same period last year.

The merger is made "official" by the 10QSB

"The Company issued 357,186,230 restricted common shares for the acquisition of North-West Oil Group."

I'm sure more Filings, Pr's and news for BOTH NDOL & AURC will following...

It just takes TIME & EFFORT to generate all this Legal/Financial information
