I think the entire business of what KMA does is now associated with another company. I think Reid is involved but is no longer making any KMA major decisions which IMO is both a good and bad thing.

Q-Who was it that didn't show up in NY that caused Reid to cancel?
A-IMO it's Scott Dixon, now why he didn't show up in NY is another story, but I feel it has to do with Reid's past promises that didn't happen.

Q-What is the company name KMA products and or services are now sold under?
A-IMO, it's LiveTrack RFID Solutions, which I feel will trade on the OTC at some point and the listed company LiveTrack RFID Solutions will include KMAG shares & shareholders and then and only then will this entire mess about a KMAG merger be cleared up.
