Re. Insider Trading. Absolutely, if someone know's anything else before a Public Notice comes out, then it's Insider Trading. If some 'priming' has been leaked, then it's illegal and if it hasn't, then the announcement that somebodys know's something but "keeping tight lipped" about it, it's purely a rumour. As I said, if this is definite, then why hasn't the share price jumped on anticipation?
To me, it's purely a Ramp to try to affect this debacle of a share. If it works, it will rise, but also retrace further because it was untrue which will give a false impression of the company, which in turn will only compound an already low SP to a lower one!
