What is so wrong with someone actually doing DD before they decide to invest?

I know that is a rare thing here in OTC land :)

I for one don't think it's good that Hub doesn't even know that a old number is in the Filing, but makes sense. He has responded to me in the past that he didn't know that the Nevada SOS was expired.
