I have not recently spoke witht he chefs, last conversation was approx 3 weeks ago, they are very busy from what i am heard. I did not call them as of recent..meaning yesterday or the day before...I am waiting to see actual results instead of getting a generic answer from them.

I have heard from a source however that the chefs have completed everything on their plate, and now it's up to the SEC or the sponsoring MM unless something further develops that may need more questionning.

Everything I know has already been shared here in one form or another so I felt why repeat the obvious. Rumors are rumors until they are PR'd as fact!

We are in waiting mode right now, the move to the otc can happen anytime.
