Very disappointed with BYSD management - specifically Mr. Johnson. Instead of being honest and transparent, and just admitting that FINRA rejected the dividend, or that Technis backed out, we get this BS announcement.

Mr. Johnson, if you are reading this, please do not take us for fools. It's an insult to our intelligence to create this makeshift scenario with a fake company, fake location and fake website.

Here's a clue - stay away from that trash GoDaddy.com default template. How do you expect people to believe that a company is selling to major auto industries when the website looks like some middle schooler designed it.

Are we really this poor that we can't afford a legit website designer? My lord.

FYI - I am still long in this company but it needs some MAJOR work. Website development and marketing needs to start over. Also get someone in PR that knows what they're doing for crying out loud!
