Ed Johnson I agree with almost all your recent skepticism but I strongly disagree on your negative take on the recent Board resignations

I implore you to take a look at Mr. Chernicoff's Bio and the history of Tessera (which is now a $2b semiconductor licensing company). The new additions to the MARA Board are in my mind a giant positive for the company which has built an literal All Star team in the Patent monetization space.

The obvious take on the Chernicoff retainer would be that commercialization refers to Opus. But what about his bio makes one think he was brought on to help launch a small software business? Nothing. So I suspect that this possibly, hopefully could be in connection with the commercialization/licensing of a current patent asset. And if they are putting him on retainer for that it must be a big deal. Anyone agree here? Any recent settlements raise an eyebrow? Am I way off base here?
