No, I do not believe it ever was. Remote Dynamics patents, held, transfered, assigned (to anyone) or sold (to anyone) continue...IMO...to protect RMTD as well as new owners or assigns as I believe all rights of use were retained.

...........................SO.....if this be true, we will be paid well for our little company for their whopping early patents, clients, products used by hundreds of companies, and rich history with market presence in the sector. Paid well, by the pristine Telogis, who was quite small when they bought our assets, compared to how large they have grown since acquiring them.

And that my friends is my take if, and I say if...they do not merge.

If it merges we each will pay ourselves well depending how long we hold our shares. LOL

Long and strong, doubt I'll ever be gone.

So, why does it trade for .0001? Complex, very complicated for the average investor to grasp. Glad to have had all of you here with me over the years, as we were and still are, quite few in the general scheme of things.
