The release says deal terms remain the same as before so iSeeAuto is separate company and not a part of bysd. Bysd wants out of oil business but shareholders get divy due to buy out. Remember in a merger a company is buying out another company. Its safe to say that iseeauto wanted the oil wells bayside petro had and this was the cheapest way to get them. Go bysd
