with XXII finally having TP close the CNTC deal. Maybe, and that maybe has been awful iffy for some time now. Many of us only hope that the pending suit and counter suit will be resolved amicably by both JP and XXII. That is the clincher imo. No one will find the company an up and coming giant killer with all the BS and in fighting in the corporate board room of late.

Which brings me to another point that I find hard to digest. How in creation could JP do the alleged dealings he has been accused of with the Haarvaard guy HS/ President of XXII for 5 years and the rest of the BODs right there? So who has been watching the hen house all this time. That is why I am voting NO on my ballot.
