Now considering I won't claim to be up on reverse merger preferred shares, seems I remember reading a few years ago these restrictions could be changed by new ownership / entity agreement. No?
Point is all these shares or the better part of them were trades between market makers (for lack of the proper terminology) and appear to be going back into the bank
