.40 is a good target for today, maybe higher
CDEL has been on the bid with size for 2 weeks now.
I use to think it was cover but do the big sizes its more like accumulation from a fund. They are not going away. Instead they are putting buying pressure while at the same time firming up a floor. Now with 122,000 shares bid@.34 they are showing confidence. As I said earlier we will slowly climb higher today.
DONT BE SURPRISED if somebody comes in and takes all the offers out
