RZ, why did they stop reporting to SEC, I saw their last 10Q in 2003 was profitable and I don't see a reason why they should stop reporting. are they still profitable now? did oyu see their latest financial results?

do they pay dividend?
are they planning to report back to the SEC antime soon?

waht do you learn from manaagement and what you think about the potential of this stock/company

from every angle besides SEC reporting, it seems you make an awesome decision to buy this stock. it's a VMC (value microcaps)
