The Goal was the PEA simply also the Company to start real talks with banks, JV's etc. They like big Cash flow #'s so that part of this NR I love. I also dont know what the market will do, but i agree, this establishes a much lower Risk to the company now. so longer term it makes me feel much better to Hold it
