BACKGROUND:
Ms. Keaveney's career began at a boutique brokerage firm specializing in resale of restricted securities and stock option financing. She was a registered FINRA securities broker for 7 years specializing in trading U.S. capital markets and later focusing on investment banking, mergers & acquisitions. In addition, Ms. Keaveney worked with many entrepreneurial companies on corporate restructuring and reorganization. She worked as a COO for a NASDAQ OTC publicly traded company. Later holding the position of President and Managing Member for several private institutions. Ms. Keaveney's focus for the last 5 years has been on rehabilitating administratively abandoned public companies and she completed her law degree. Currently she works with small public companies in all aspects of becoming and maintaining industry compliance. In addition, Ms. Keaveney assists attorneys in preparing for trial.
