Hey Turk, this is obviously great news and should take a huge weight off mslp moving forward. The questions I have pertain to this statement:

The Company is also aware that the SEC staff is considering the possibility of proposing that the SEC Commissioners approve charges against certain former officers, in their individual capacity, for violations of the federal securities laws.

What does this mean to the company and the individuals. Are they going to be fines levied against them as individual that will not affect the company?

They do state that whatever the SEC is doing will not have a material affect on the company which is great news for shareholders. I think this opens the stock up for some great appreciation as long as they can get back on the profitability path.
