Malcolm wasn't screwing anyone, he was getting screwed. Malcolm had a contract with Smartwinn to drill and was allowed $5,000,000 to do the job. Smartwinn waited till the drill was set up ready to roar and they held back $1.1 million and Hunt would not proceed till final payment was received. Smartwinn used that payment to get Malcolm back to the table for a better deal. Malcolm said NO! He would not have additional talks with a gun to his back and walked away. Smartwinn continued to find ways to pressure Malcolm for a better deal. Now we are in court today. I am proud of Malcolm standing up for his principals. Smartwinn even tried to work with Nobel Trenham and that didn't work out. So we will see what the judge rules as this case gets underway.
