I sent Jeff an email to Jeff and asked him if we would received our shares so we can put doubt here to rest. His reply was:

"Yes, the shareholders of HTSC will be getting their shares once I have had a chance to Register the shares of BCKE with the SEC;

He also said

"The name change was finalized internally, but we are waiting on FINRA to tell me when it is effective; hopefully very soon. I need to discuss with my SEC counsel to determine the official record date."
