The rise from March 27th to 10k was a continuation of the uptrend started on 3-19 with the MD news and was fueled by anticipation of earnings. Had zero to do with cell.

If anything the news leaked from the Florida conference about the cell was bearish. The news was that the 3D cell is very difficult to manufacture and no manufacturer has agreed to partner with us and that the cell would probably be delayed.

Cowen group, those institutions that bought the 3 million SPO shares at at least $4.15/sh, and 99% of current investors in SLTD view the cell as a bonus and that's all.
