Frankie: Why are engine deliveries more than 5 years late?
Sure, it's a new engine design and R&D needs to be done, but why did you promise deliveries to customers and take their money if the engine wasn't working?
Why did you pay out $400,000 in late delivery penalties to Phoenix Power by April 2012, only to have them completely cancel their order by September 2013?
Why did you tell Combilift in September 2011 you could deliver engines to them in 9 months, but still haven't delivered them?
Phoenix required your engine to run for 1 week (168 hours) before delivery. Combilift only requires 50 hours of operating time, yet you still haven't reached even that requirement.
Why did you tell a shareholder in email on December 20, 2014 that the engines would be shipped to Combilift in "30 days", but not announce that material information to all shareholders as the law requires?
Why is the Mark 5 engine now 63 months past its originally promised delivery date? You've never given a single reason.
Do the Very Smart people at Cyclone simply not know why the engine can't be delivered to customers?

Why did you build the custom "GG MOM" speed boat and announce in May 2011 you were going to set a speed record for steam boats, but apparently still haven't even put the boat in the water. That was four years ago now. How much did shareholders pay Schoell Marine to build that boat? Why has it never been launched?
