Since the O/S has jumped to max recently, what price are the CD's being converted at? Also, now that there are little in shares to issue in exchange for debt, won't the CD holder demand an increase in A/S? Is the company required to have shares available? Each 1 billion is $100,000 IF converted at .0001. Im guessing an increase.
