>>>I am trying to figure out the size of Los Azules in comparison to other mines and found a table from a 2001 USGS report with the following table:
Los Azules seems to be right near the top. 2500m X 1500m X 100 m X 0.5% Cu X rock-density gets me to ~500 million mt. Any idea how much is the rock worth in the ground if production doesn't come for another decade?<<< ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Wouldn't that, in the main, depend upon what the price of copper would be at that point in time?
Frankly, I have no idea....
