Impressive pic with the second structure adjacent! Can we pinpoint this on the google map? I see the building in background and power lines overhead. On the map it is clear to see the power lines running along the road from series of smaller towers to the big tower near new quarters. But where does it go from there? I drew a (rough) red line from where the lines are obvious along road to big tower. My guess is storage tanks are on worked land in circle and building is at arrow with power lines along dashed red line (pardon serious roughness..drinking Tony's wine
