What's very important about JPCarey agreement is its 15% discount. Most agreements with Venture Capitalists involve 100's of millions of shares as security. Those standard types of agreements in penny stocks, although necessary to obtain ANY funding, have caused the price to fall in past FPFI financing ventures. What makes this agreement unique is Joe is simply backing FPFI in a VERY friendly financing way! He obviously believes Kevin has the opportunity to succeed in this industry and truly grow FPFI in a disruptive market. I clearly see it as well! Tropical/Green Fusion chewable juices have MANY health benefits with NO drawbacks! It's no wonder Whole Foods Markets was immediately receptive to this product. It replaces taking a handful of vitamins daily(justifying it's cost), as well as a food supplement. I honestly wish I could go to a local organic market and buy this daily. I see UNFI distributorship trucks passing here on the west coast, so I know it's simply a matter of time. In the meantime, I'll continue to order a minimal amount of cases online as I don't like the $10/bottle price knowing Whole Foods south eastern region is selling it for $3 less. Kinda pisses me off to be honest! The online price should be in line with their largest client to date imo(+ shipping of course). My main point is the volume for FPFI is relatively low with with very manageable increases in Outstanding shares going on. A strong marketing campaign with a 90 day exclusive contract to sell in Whole Foods only would OBVIOUSLY backfire as the money they spend(if they were that naiveté) on marketing would be much needed for production and overhead costs, not to mention planning for expansion. I feel FPFI is growing in a balanced way that is necessary to sustain long term growth. Once again, the volume is reasonably low! That tells me the increase in the Outstanding share count lately is manageable and needed to currently sustain continued operations in a responsible manner. FPFI does not control investors decisions to buy, NOR are they in any position to buy back their stock...geez! I like their low market cap for 2 reasons. 1)It is due to the price being UNDERvalued! Less is better when buying imo. 2)It also is due to a relatively LOW OUTSTANDING SHARE COUNT!!! Once again...LESS IS BETTER!!!
