Here is the reply I rec'd from the company. It appears that they rec'd many emails regarding the news yesterday as being insignificant.

Same as I'm telling everyone:

What do you consider significant news? We have paid now and cannot lose
the deal. That's important. We will have whatever percentage of the
deals if we pay less than $1m.

There are more deals coming. More payments to announce or not announce,
maybe just a recap in the weeks ahead.

Production is at hand. We takeover Waggoner Estate on July 1, currently
producing 30 BOPD.

Abilene 2 is about finished. We get 2 wells of the # 2 thru #6 wells,
get to cherry pick the best two.

No news on Cambodia yet.
