Based on the two separate contracts:

Catsky - $24M over three year period. That is $8M per year.
Vanguard - double of 2014 revenue is $4M. That would total to $12M.
In addition, US sales revenue would get us to $14 or $15M for the full year.

For a company with almost $15M in revenue, the PPS could in .25 to .50 at minimum. Feel free to add or edit.
