Interesting,

What I find interesting is that it (United Soils) will close one day within the 30 days that was given for TCB to close. Both will close on June 2 - 3.

If the form 10 is filed is there a quiet period where PBLS can not launch further take-overs??? Or is that just when an exchange change comes.

I would not want PBLS to miss-out on some thing.
