Soaring. $98 is record high. But WAY overdue for a dividend increase. Q payout went from .24 to .30 in early 2012.... current 1.20% yield is puny in relation to COL earnings and fiscal strength.

Share price has been among my better performers in recent years, but it's one of my worst stocks in dividend growth since the bottom of The Great Recession.
