You think a bod member of pphm should make more than MOST Fortune 500 firm bod members? You think they have equivalent backgrounds, experience? You think they have similar scope and magnitude of responsibilities? You do realize the primary goal of the bod is to represent shareholders right? The reason they do not want new bod members is that would be the end of these transgressions. And expect a huge # of shares to be coming bod way if Sunrise is successful. Yes the self-dealing by pphm bod members is disgusting.
