How about JoCobb? How did she get the Koma Unwind trailer that she overhauled to her style?
Who owns the bus, trucks, vans, that are parked at KU HQ (seen in some photos and Google street view)?

Some assets seem to be there, just dispersed to other people. Wouldn't a suit involve more parties? Also Weber's dad was/is known to be a big supporter.
