not FOOLING-anyone-with those INCC--"short"-reports…..we-know-the-game

nothing of material importance comes of the supposed "short" reports, because 90% of those reported are settled within 24 hrs….so while they are reported, they aren't held whatsoever, just carried into the end of day and reconciled the next

gotta learn the PENNYS so you don't get baffled……….
