This is going to be a big gainer for me. I keep hearing rumors of joint ventures where CAK would get 40% of the revenue, and have no risk of exploration of future wells.

First thing first. The tanker needs to start accepting the projected 8K BOD. And the second well needs completed.

There is some risk between now and then, but with respect to a joint venture in the future that cedes liability, this would make CAK an extremely safe (maybe safer is a better choice of words) play given the area of the world they operate in.
