Looks like shareholders were completely screwed over by CEO Brian Weber on this one.
(last post I misstated "100 shares @ 5000 zlotych (about $1300 US) not assigned to anyone." The document shows that TRANQUINI GMBH owns all 100 shares. So Tranquini-Austria owns Tranquini-Poland?)
