They are too hyper focused on growth. I think they need better financial discipline (maybe that's why the CFO got replaced?). Their ROI analysis seems to be lacking.
They could spend a fraction of the endorsement costs on international figures that will get WAY more reach. India, China especially. That's access to ~3B people which let's say even 10% can afford their products is 300M people which is the entire US. Go hard after some big Bollywood celebs (there is a big push for muscle/fitness in that circle) and some Chinese celebs (I know much less about them).
Brazil/S. America they seem to be doing fine. They are doing local mfg there which helps with cost control since Brazil is crazy with their tariffs.
