To be exact, the symphony # was 536 NRx for week ending 4/3 which was a short week. The street expects Q1 v-pak to be around $250m. If the EXRX (and possibly other PBMs) Rxs haven't been included as ABBV has said, then they should easily blow that away in Q1.
