Thanks for that, OldB.... i keep forgetting Inventya's name and have been too lazy to go back to my big MSWord file on BIAD and look it up. 
And yes, Inventya is an outside group "for hire." That's their raison d'etre (reason for being).

With BIAD's resources i think Inventya is a very good fit for them (i.e., they can't [yet] afford a really big think-tank / marketing group).
