Well surfer44, it is a matter of prospectus. The call itself went well. It depends on what one was looking for in it I suppose.


To me it was disappointing as I expected more I suppose. What they basically did was repeat the last couple of years of 10K's.
Giving a basic history of the Company. But I felt there was much more that they could have done. Especially missing was a view of the future. And of course, without any Financials to back up any mention of real progress it was little more than a History lesson.

On the positive side, the fact that they made an effort to build a closer relationship with their investor base was good.

But I think this will prove to be more of a learning experience for CEHD's management than for us.

I was going to ask about the Financial reports that are do but was beaten to the button. But the question was asked and that's what is important. They replied that it should be out by the end of the Month. But it is due before then so we shall see.

That report is what we need to see. But in fairness to the company, they did make an effort that they did not have to do. Their timing could have been a lot better I believe!
