If it's not .10 in July I'll be surprised. There is plenty going on here. I personally think John does not want this to be played with until it's ripe enough.
There is plenty of shares allocated for promo when the right milestones are obtained and the PPS is high enough to get adequate value from them

If they did it now it could shoot up but in a month would be back down because people don't want to wait on results. When the results are happening as promo garners attention share price will stay up and they can meet it with continued growth news.

We're still pretty early on this one.
