He´s not only a board member that represents the shareholders, he is also a big owner and he has been insinuating things on the JF website about the company potential for yrs in his own cryptic and somewhat inappropriate way given the fact he is an insider through his board membership.
Its not strange that people wonder what a board member stands for. What his opinions are etc...
What ideas does he support... What is his direction and thoughts on creating shareholder value. How does he make himself of use on the board. What does he bring to the table now, what is his role on the board. It would be great to know what people think about things like this when they represent the company. It would be great if he could answer that at the cc.... instead of being upset on his website.
Nisse has been of great help to the company historically in attracting swedish investors through his network of members. Thats more or less history now.... I personally would like to know what everybody brings to the table. All key people must deserve their position on a daily basis. Otherwise its time to trade them for better players... This is not personal just business. And it doesn´t matter where the players come from. They can be from the states, china, swedish or Norwegian for that matter its only the player profile and compentence that should count.... Not old loyalties...as I sometime suspect has been holding the company back...
Talking about old loyal keypersons: It was really nice to see Mr Grossman appearing in an article about the company today. Unfortunately there was no trading pitch on the article, highlighting the investment opportunity for the readers but other then that it was nice to read. I think his comments in the article made a nice impression. Articles like this is of course helping us increase awareness in the global market place. We should have articles like this every week arround the world though.... Keep them coming SIAF!
