Does it make ERBB a scam? No I think not.

The reality here is yes, many 'scams' follow the same pattern set, because it's the pattern set of business. It is not the pattern that makes the scam, but the mindset at the onset of doing business.

Any business that fails could be called a scam in that case.

Simply put, American Green has dropped a lot of cash developing relationships and products. That alone is the antithesis of a penny scam. Nuff said.
