No. They are raising the AS exhorbantly, although I don't think they made it official yet with incorporated state.

Presumably, the AS raise is part of a security for new financing via preferred shares to control the patents.

We are waiting for patent clarity internationally which could springboard the completion of various deals and revenue build.

There are numerous INDs wanting to start in the US. Doubtful Andrews is holding this up, more likely negotiations with FDA or some problems with the actual process working correctly.

This could still be really big or really bust.

Meanwhile the CEO is off just taking care of people's skin and clearly focused in that arena.

Tells me he is no longer in charge of this technology. Question is it worth anything?
