FINRA DELAY: Possible Snag? We only know the surface details in the PR. It said, that along with stock, an undisclosed amount of cash was involved. Wondering if that might be the hang-up. Perhaps the amount changed or still being negotiated? Just because they said they sold it, hasn't closed the deal out.. I'm hopeful this isn't the case but stranger things have happened when it comes to pinky deals..
