It is actually 4 days after a material event. However, since Friday was a stat that makes the payment due Monday putting 4 days at Friday. Friday after market would be good timing. It allows all the eyeballs on this stock to digest the filing and assess how much, if any, they want to buy on Monday. I assume the MMers are not complete idiots and understand the deadlines as well. That means they will be flat by the end of trading to avoid getting caught with a positive reaction to an after-hours 8K.
