Market is heating up. Gonna be a big spring and summer for fnma and fmcc. Think profits were big before? Rates are good. Next generation of buyers hitting the market. Big banks are somewhat easing there lending but community banks and credit unions are heating up. I work for Keybank and we are pushing hard. Alot of lending will happen, alot of buyers, we are going to see big numbers i believe.
