Do not really know but it could be anytime I am not worried about it I am looking at the company as a whole! I would not be surprised if there might be a lawsuit pending for being there in the first place. It was not because of anything in my opinion that the company has done only high volume trading! Also OTC Markets is a private company. Hope that helps you.
