Now I get it. They haven't filed the SEC docs so they haven't acquired the companies, so THEY DON'T EXIST! So why are we discussing them? They aren't even here! LOL

Kidding aside Flop, why would AVEW file a SEC document when they aren't yet a fully reporting company as a PINK? I can see why they would have to after uplisting.

Also, what are the penalties if they don't file the SEC docs if they are required to under law?

That would be worrisome to me.
